LiftBridge announced today that Andy Barton, Collin Cunningham, Kristy Newcomer and Warren Wise have joined our team of seasoned financial professionals. Andy, Collin and Warren will serve as Fractional CFOs for LiftBridge clients while Kristy brings her controller experience to the LiftBridge team.
Andy most recently served as the CFO of Ren, an Indianapolis-based software enabled service operation, leading the successful sale of the company to a large Private Equity firm. At Liftbridge, Andy provides Fractional CFO services to clients with a focus on manufacturing, life sciences and software enabled services.
Prior to joining LiftBridge, Collin served as CFO for a SaaS company, leading growth at 10x over a six-year period, while supporting a $100M strategic growth investment from private equity, and multiple mergers and acquisitions. Collin’s work as a Fractional CFO for LiftBridge clients allows him to share his analytical mindset and passion for developing business strategies.
With over thirty years of accounting experience, Kristy spent the last decade serving as a Controller for growth companies, both private and PE backed, where she was responsible for accounting, audit, tax, HR, and financial reporting activities as well as software implementation and staff training programs. At LiftBridge, Kristy leads the new Accounting Services team and serves as a fractional Controller for clients.
With more than twenty years of experience in leadership and financial stewardship, Warren has led financial operations of a $500M organization, brokered mergers & acquisition from $10M to $75M in value, and reduced fines and penalties by over $300k through the creation of a compliance department. Warren’s focus at LiftBridge will be sharing his expertise on fiscal responsibility, ethical governance and sustainable growth as a Fractional CFO.
