Vincent Smith, CFO

Vinnie Smith has over 16 years of experience in accounting and finance, with extensive experience with high-growth startups from pre-seed to acquisition. As an accomplished CFO and finance leader, he built and scaled financial operations from the ground up, securing more than $5 million in funding and leading a successful eight-figure M&A exit.

Most recently, Vincent served as CFO of Mobile reCell, a SaaS company specializing in mobile device recovery and end-of-lifecycle management, where he led all finance and administrative functions. During his tenure, he raised over $5 million in combined debt and equity, implemented scalable financial systems, and played a key role in the company’s acquisition by Apkudo in 2024.

At LiftBridge, Vincent partners with venture-backed startups and emerging growth companies to provide strategic financial leadership, capital raise support, and M&A readiness. His strengths include SaaS metrics, FP&A, KPI development, investor communications, and full-cycle accounting.

Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University, with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics. When not working, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, attending sporting events, cruising the Caribbean, and talking in movie quotes.
