He has successfully navigated 6+ acquisitions as a key finance leader, managed global teams across the US, India, Brazil, EMEA, and APAC regions, and led organizations through critical growth phases including IPO preparation and SOX-SOC2 implementation.

Recent achievements include increasing annualized revenue utilization by 500 basis points, improving gross margins from 72% to 78%, and reducing voluntary turnover from 20% to below 5% through strategic culture transformation initiatives.
