Before joining LiftBridge, Kris served as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at J.D. Byrider, where he played a pivotal role in optimizing financial processes and supporting private equity-driven initiatives. Prior to J.D. Byrider, he held influential positions at companies such as Aptean and Yum! Brands, successfully leading mergers and acquisitions, process improvements, and strategic planning efforts.

At LiftBridge, Kris focuses on partnering with entrepreneurs to create detailed financial models that enable informed decision-making and sustainable success.
