Jonathan Donath, CPA

Jonathan Donath is a proven CFO and strategic finance leader with over two decades of experience guiding high-growth SaaS and technology companies through capital raises, operational scale, and successful exits. Known for aligning financial strategy with business objectives, Jonathan has led over $500 million in successful exits and strategic transactions, as well as over $100 million in equity and debt financings with leading PE and VC investors.

Most recently, Jonathan served as CFO of VisiQuate, where he spearheaded a turnaround from negative EBITDA to profitability, raised $30 million in structured debt, and executed a successful sale to Accel-KKR. Prior to that, Jonathan was CFO of iStreamPlanet, where he led financial strategy, raised $14 million in equity and $6 million in debt, and guided the company through its 9-figure acquisition by WarnerMedia. His experience spans SaaS metrics, M&A, investor relations, and board-level reporting across multiple investor-backed organizations.

Jonathan is a licensed CPA and holds an MBA from Arizona State University. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his daughter, staying active, and tackling new personal and professional challenges.
