Jackie Byers, CFO

Jackie Byers, CPA brings nearly 40 years of financial leadership experience to the LiftBridge team, with a background spanning Big Four public accounting, private equity, manufacturing, and financial services.

Before joining LiftBridge, Jackie served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Centerfield Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Indianapolis. In that role, she oversaw all financial operations—including accounting, audit, tax, treasury, portfolio valuation, and investor reporting—and led SBA compliance for the firm’s three licensed Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) funds.

Recognizing a gap in the market for SBIC-specific financial expertise, Jackie launched LiftBridge’s SBIC practice in 2023. Under her leadership, LiftBridge has built a dedicated team and supported more than a dozen SBIC clients with compliance, operations, and reporting. With over 300 SBICs licensed and another 100 in the pipeline, Jackie continues to position LiftBridge as a go-to partner for funds navigating the SBA regulatory landscape.

When not working, Jackie is either volunteering with her church, cruising the seas or playing pickleball, Mahjong, or golf.
