Eric Goldwater, CPA
Eric Goldwater is a seasoned CFO and strategic operator with over two decades of experience driving growth, operational excellence, and investor outcomes across high-growth SaaS, software, and professional services companies. He partners with founders, CEOs, and executive teams to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to scaling businesses — whether preparing for capital raises, optimizing operations, or positioning for exit.
Eric has served as CFO and COO in venture- and private equity-backed companies ranging from early-stage to $1B+ in revenue. His leadership has been instrumental in guiding organizations through IPO readiness, M&A transactions, and corporate spin-outs, with a sharp focus on aligning financial strategy with operational execution.
As a CFO, Eric specializes in:

Previously, Eric held leadership roles at Resilinc, Introhive, SKDK, and Applied Predictive Technologies, where he managed successful exits, drove multi-million dollar savings, and scaled finance and operations functions. He began his career at Ernst & Young and held global finance roles at Microsoft.
Eric holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a B.S. in Commerce from UVA’s McIntire School, and is a licensed CPA. He also serves on the Board of Directors and as Finance Committee Chair for Britepaths, a nonprofit focused on financial empowerment. When not working, Eric enjoys biking and running and watching his kids play various sports.
