Don Melton, CFO

Don Melton has over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance, with 20 years focused on the technology industry. Prior to joining LiftBridge in 2022, Don was VP Finance at Zipari, Inc. (formerly Healthx, Inc.), a private equity owned SaaS company that provides online collaboration tools to health payers. Don was responsible for FP&A, accounting, tax, and treasury and was instrumental in two successful sale transactions.

Additionally, Don spent twelve years with private equity owned Consona, Inc. and was involved in the integration of eleven acquisitions from 2004 – 2011, including the sale of the company in 2012. Don also has significant experience with the implementation of various accounting systems.

Since joining LiftBridge, Don has served numerous clients, mostly in the technology sector. His strengths include developing finance and accounting processes and providing management with the financial guidance necessary to make informed decisions.

Don holds an MBA from Olin School of Business, Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, University of Missouri-St. Louis. When he is not dispensing accounting insights, Don enjoys exploring the world and tending to their property on the northwest side of Indianapolis.
