Dawn Laird is a seasoned CPA with over 30 years of experience in financial management, internal audit, and controller functions. Her expertise spans Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and consolidations for both public and privately held companies.

Prior to joining LiftBridge, Dawn served in key finance roles across a range of industries. She was Director of Finance at Ascension, a growing restaurant group, where she oversaw financial planning, reporting, and compliance for six entities. She also held long-term audit consulting roles at United Stationers and AT&T, where she led SOX compliance and risk analysis for complex organizations. Earlier in her career, Dawn served as a Senior Auditor at Grant Thornton, managing audits across manufacturing, financial services, and government sectors.
