Colin Cunningham, CFO

Colin Cunningham is a trusted CFO and strategic partner with extensive experience in global technology companies, providing strong financial leadership. Most recently, Colin served as CFO supporting a SaaS company’s growth at 10x over a six-year period and achieved Rule of 40 metric through efficient growth. During his tenure, he also led due diligence on both sides of the table; raised $100M strategic growth investment from private equity, divested a business unit at a significant multiple, and acquired and integrated a Canadian based SaaS company. Prior to that, he served in various finance roles of another SaaS company that sold for $525 million to a strategic buyer.

At LiftBridge, Colin serves as a CFO, sharing his deep analytical mindset and a passion for developing business strategies. He excels at identifying profitable growth opportunities that deliver consistent increased shareholder value. Colin is respected for his ability to foster collaboration and communication in a fast-paced environment with an excellent sense of teamwork to get results by instilling commitment, integrity and loyalty

Colin earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University and then worked in public accounting for five years before shifting to the corporate environment. He was a CFO of the Year Honoree held by the Indianapolis Business Journal (IBJ) in 2021.

Outside of work, Colin spends most of his time with his family, which includes six children and a grandson. He also enjoys traveling, exercising, and tackling various projects outside in their country home.
