Ashley Vukovits, CPA

Ashley Vukovits, CPA, has over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance, with 20 years focused on the technology industry. Ashley is the former CFO of Interactive Intelligence, a public technology company (now Genesys), where she ran finance, human resources, IT and facilities. She completed 12 M&A transactions and ultimately led the sale of the company for $1.4 billion.

Under her guidance as Managing Director, LiftBridge became a cornerstone of support for the Indiana business community, particularly in the technology sector. Ashley and her co-founders, Kathy Kinder and Kay Whitaker, were recognized with the prestigious 2022 Mira Award for Service Partner of the Year from TechPoint. The judges specifically noted that “LiftBridge’s effectiveness with its clients is likely to have a lasting impact on the success of the Indiana tech ecosystem startups and scale-ups well past the critical five-year survival mark.”

While maintaining her founding leadership role at LiftBridge, Ashley recently accepted a position as CFO at Digible, a tech-enabled multifamily marketing agency that drives lease-up results through AI, advanced reporting and skilled agency professionals. This dual role reflects her commitment to both building LiftBridge’s legacy and applying her expertise in new, challenging environments.

At LiftBridge, Ashley has guided seven clients through successful capital raises or sale transactions. Her knowledge of go-to-market strategy, pricing, leadership structure, and compensation strategies provides a strong executive presence in client leadership meetings. She focuses primarily on technology companies but has served various other industries including retail, professional sports, and real estate.

Her passion for community service and financial mentorship is evident. She currently serves on the boards of the Indianapolis Art Center, Nextech, and her local church, where she applies her executive experience to support organizational governance and strategic planning. Ashley also is a mentor with GrowCFO, offering personalized guidance to finance leaders facing challenges in their careers.

She holds a CPA license and lives in the Indianapolis area with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys golf, spending time with her three children, and walking her two large dogs.
