Andy Barton, CFO

Andy Barton, CPA, has over 30 years of accounting and leadership experience including a Big Four public accounting firm and a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company.  Prior to joining LiftBridge, Andy served as the CFO of Renaissance Acquisition Company LLC (Ren), a software enabled service operation based in Indianapolis. He led the successful sale of Ren to a large Private Equity firm. He was responsible for accounting, FP&A, audit, tax, treasury, financial reporting, compliance and legal activities.  Andy also served as Vice President of Finance at Specialty Bakery (now Craftmark), a start-up food manufacturer. Andy has also held leadership positions at Eli Lilly and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

At LiftBridge, Andy provides Fractional CFO services to clients with a focus on manufacturing, life sciences and software enabled services. Throughout his career Andy has completed multiple complicated credit agreements, equity raises, two acquisitions and a successful exit.  

Andy is the Treasurer of the Renaissance Charitable Foundation. In his free time, Andy is either restoring his 1880’s home, attending IU sporting events or traveling.
