Amanda Love is a skilled accounting professional with more than a decade of experience in the technology industry. She has successfully addressed some of the most complex challenges in controllership through effective relationship building, technical expertise, and clear communication. An expert in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) accounting, Amanda supported her previous employer in due diligence, purchase accounting, and the successful integration of over 30 global acquisitions. Her role in helping executive leadership with financial and board-level reporting and technical accounting, including overseeing the accounting for the company’s private equity investments, was instrumental in the company’s successful filing and audit.

Amanda mastered the intricacies of business combinations. She has collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate accounting, financial reporting, and SOX compliance during high-stakes transitions. Additionally, she identified process improvements that helped the company scale in a high-growth environment.

A licensed Certified Public Accountant in Indiana, Amanda holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts from Anderson University. She also serves as the Treasurer of Women for Riley, a philanthropic group dedicated to supporting Riley Hospital for Children.

When not working with clients to address complex accounting and financial issues, Amanda enjoys reading a good book, exploring the outdoors with her husband and two kids, and volunteering at the hospital.
